At AM Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AM Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your digital invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
